Before heading out on a trek, it’s important to make sure you have all the necessary gear, documents, and essentials to ensure your safety and comfort. Here’s a brief checklist of what you should carry and prepare:

1. Travel Documents:

  • ID Proof: Government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, Aadhar card).
  • Trekking Permit: Some treks require permits; check ahead if needed.
  • Travel Insurance: Coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost belongings.

2. Clothing:
